Edelweiss
Executive
The
Edelweiss program is managed by an executive committee, headed by the program
coordinator. Members of the committee are recruited by the coordinator to manage
specific activities.
At the end of each program year (July), the committee and supervisors, on behalf
of the membership, elect a coordinator for the coming year.

The program
executive meets formally, twice each season. At the beginning of the season the
executive prepares a detailed plan. This plan is presented to the NCD board of
directors, for approval, in the Fall. At the end of the season, the executive
meets again to prepare an end-of-season report, reviewing the activities of the
season. This report is also presented to the NCD board of directors. Both the
plan and end-of-season report are available to any member, upon request to the
Program Coordinator.
